Saturday - Mushroom Bolognese over whole wheat fettuccine (adapted form Tom Colicchio's recipe)
Sunday - Roasted cabbage with golden raisins; side of braised potatoes
(this dish is in progress..but I do have a picture of the flowers & champagne gift some friends dropped off for me for my birthday :))
Edit: here are the finished dishes from Sunday night:
Monday - Leftover pasta with sauteed kale, toasted pine nuts and grated parmesan cheese
Tuesday - tofu stir fry with bok choy and scallions over rice
Wednesday - fish (salmon or trout?) en pappilote with shallot, lemon, fresh herbs and side of braised potatoes (will likely be braising these spuds in chicken stock and wine, and adding some pancetta perhaps)
Thursday - Canellini beans (olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, Parmesan cheese..something like that) over toasted bread and a side of greens
Friday - pizza (roasted mushroom, roasted shallot, sauce, mozzarella/Parmesan) Beer? why not.
