National Ab Month - 2013

February is almost here! For me, it will be another month filled with daily ab work. Participation is free and open to all - just do some form of ab work each day in February. Take two (or three) days off, if you like.

Basically, it began in 2004 - presumably out of boredom - as a way to squeeze in some core work when all we wanted to do was run. This will be my tenth year of participation. I tend to rock it pretty fierce. Feel free to join in - like I said, free and open to all.

Each year, I always think I'll join you, and then I end being lazy. Maybe this is the year i am actually not-lazy!

Planks count, right? Oh so tempted, maybe I'll give it a try. I love core work and know its great for me. There's no excuse for not doing it, ab work can be done anywhere!
